Wood Yard

Chain Guides and Trough Liners made of materials ranging from Virgin UHMW, Filled UHMW and Regrind.

Pulp Mill

Polytron® materials are designed for high-wear applications. They are used for Valves, Gaskets, Seals, and Disks.

Forming Section

Water Deckles and Table Dewatering Elements use specialty UHMW materials from Virgin to various fillers.

Press and Suction Pickup Section

This area of the Paper machine uses our famous Polytron materials. We group all the components together as a Suction Roll Rebuild Kit. The Rebuild Kits include:
Silencer, Seal Strip, Airload Tube Assembly, End Deckles, Side Packing and Springs.

Drying Section

Steam area Pocket Ventilator Roll Rebuild Parts.

PolyPV Kit, or Pocket Ventilator Rebuild Kits come complete with Strips, Rings, Wave springs, fasteners and all necessary items needed for a rebuild.

This application is in the Drying or STEAM area of the paper machine.

The material used to make the components for the PV Kit is the best on the market and we can prove this by documented testimonials and years of testing. Anyone can do their own testing but our tests are from the Real World and documented by Real Customers.

Waste Water Industry

The Polytron® line of materials were designed for the same type of harsh environment you find in the Waste Water industry. The materials can be machined as sleeves, valves, gaskets and more. These materials have been used in the Paper Industry waste water and this is the same type application. The Polytron® S Specialty Material is specifically formulated to meet the specific requirements.

Oil Industry

This industry has various material needs. We have various materials needed to withstand the harsh environments of the oil field industry. Whether inside the processing equipment or outside in the harsh elements, the materials we manufacture can accommodate the different applications. From Outrigger pads, Support Plates, Barrier Pads Valves or Gaskets we have the capabilities to manufacture materials suited to your needs.

Chemical Industry

The Polytron® materials were designed to withstand harsh chemicals and ultra high temperatures. The chemical industry has multiple applications that are suited for our Polytron® materials, including Sealing pads, Support plates, barrier pads, boom pads, wear plates, platforms, bushings, gaskets, valves, rings, equipment plates and composite sleeves.

Marine Industry

Because the materials are made from a marine resin, they can accommodate the harsh environments of the weather as well as withstand high and low temperatures. From stock materials machined to your exact dimensions, our multi-polymer materials can be used for boat rudders, transoms, platforms, gaskets, seals and valves.
